She has 25 years expertise in marketplace ministry, 19 years as an educator in the public school system, degree in Organizational Management / Human Resources, graduated Cum Laude and Phi Theta Kappa, received several leadership awards and has worked with various agencies including South Carolina Council of Governments (COG) as a service provider for entrepreneurship training, Northeastern Technical College providing continuing education certification in various entrepreneurship courses, Hamlet Housing Authority in developing a self-sufficiency program to promote employment, South Carolina Department of Juvenile Justice as service provider for entrepreneurship training.

Doreen has worked with non-profit organizations such as Fatherhood and Families Engagement Program under the leadership of House of Representative Robert Williams, AMI Kids (American Marine Institute) as a service provider for entrepreneurship and provided Government Municipality Training and career opportunities through industry and business tours with major industries such as Stanley Black & Decker and Palmetto Brick. She worked as an Executive Administrative Assistant for Fortune 500 company Perdue. She is also an author of 3 books: He’s Worthy, Leaders Rising: The Confident Woman 21-Day Journal, and the anthology Confident Women Rise.

Doreen has 12 years of experience as a Faith-Based Business Coach and graduated Cum Laude from Charleston Southern University in 2016 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Organizational Management and a concentration in Human Resources. In 2013 Doreen graduated Phi Theta Kappa from Florence Darlington Technical College with an Associate of Arts degree received the Collegiate Leadership Award, Academic Scholars Award, and Outstanding Curriculum Student Award. In 2010 Doreen obtained Small Business Administration Certificates in various areas of business from Richmond County College. In 2008 Doreen obtained Small Business Certificates from Northeastern Technical College. Doreen also has deep roots as an educator with 19 years of experience and served two counties in the S.C. public school system.
